Blossoming Lotus is a home-based Yoga studio run by Tia Marsili, a Yoga instructor, RYT-500, stress management consultant and Yoga therapist in training.

A LIFE SPENT EMBRACING WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE
Tia’s approach to Yoga is influenced by her almost three decades of work with and for people with disabilities. Tia does more than accept differences–she welcomes and embraces all the things that make each of us unique. All of us come to the world–and to Yoga–with different abilities, different needs and different goals.

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL YOGA EXPERIENCE
Tia’s unique perspective is what makes Blossoming Lotus a one-of-a-kind Yoga studio. Tia brings years of personal and professional experience with Yoga. She has trained at the Satchidananda Ashram in Virginia and the Integral Yoga Institutes in New York and San Francisco.

YOGA is a combination of physical motion, breathing, relaxation, and meditation. Through breath, meditation, and movement, you can achieve better physical, mental, and emotional health.

PRIVATE AND GROUP SESSIONS ONLINE
Tia offers private and online group Yoga sessions. She also presents online seminars where she shares peer-reviewed research and facts about the benefits of Yoga and its components.

Tia looks forward to sharing the power of Yoga. It will ease your mind, improve your ability to cope, help manage your stress, and keep your brain and body healthier.

I welcome beginners. I welcome children, adults and seniors. I focus on rehabilitation and recovery, including the special concerns of people with a history of trauma. I am certified in the approach that Integral Yoga describes as “Yoga for the Special Child.”

RYT® 500 means I have successfully completed at least 500-hours of yoga teacher training registered with Yoga Alliance. I’m a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists; the Integral Yoga Teachers Association; and Yoga Alliance.
